Saturday Preview: Vanarama National League

Tuesday night's fixtures threw up yet more twists and turns in this unpredictable Vanarama National League season. Now there's another full set of fixtures coming up this Saturday, including a LIVE match on BT Sport!

Sutton United became the latest club to top the National League after an impressive late win at Dagenham and Redbridge.

The U's head to Surrey rivals Woking, who are 14th in the table but only four points behind Saturday's visitors, while the Daggers, following back-to-back defeats, host an FC Halifax Town side that haven't lost away from home and sit second.

Aldershot Town returned to winning ways in mid-week, ending Ebbsfleet United's unbeaten start, and now they make the long trip to Gateshead. Meanwhile, Fleet are at home again for the visit of stuttering Tranmere Rovers.

Chris Kinnear's Dover Atheltic were knocked off top spot after suffering a 1-0 defeat at home to Boreham Wood, they get the chance to bounce-back at Crabble against Chester.

Wood have now won consecutive games, and also kept back-to-back clean sheets which has lifted them up to fourth. Luke Garrard's men are on the road again at tenth-placed Maidenhead United.

Leyton Orient host Hartlepool United and the BT Sport cameras on Saturday at an earlier kick-off time of 12.30pm. The two clubs go head-to-head for the first time since being relegated from the Football League.

Pools drew at Dean Keates' Wrexham on Tuesday night, who host Guiseley. Paul Cox has drawn his first two games in charge of the Lions.

Torquay United begin life under new manager Gary Owers at Barrow while Brett Williams will look to push on from his mid-week hat-trick for Bromley as Solihull Moors come to town.

AFC Fylde have conceded a worrying 18 goals so far this season but they head to an Eastleigh side that is goal shy having only scored nine. Fylde suffered a late defeat at Macclesfield Town, they take on the side that beat Eastleigh - Maidstone United.
