Saints Bring In Former QPR & Leyton Orient Defender

St Albans City have signed defender Jamie Sendles-White following his recent release by National League side Leyton Orient.

Sendles-White was released by Swindon Town in May 2017 after making seventeen appearances.

The 23-year-old, capped a dozen times by Northern Ireland at under-21 level, started his career at Queens Park Rangers and has also had spells with Hamilton Academical and Mansfield Town.

He signed a one-year deal with the O’s in August after going through a long trial period in pre-season.

But he was never able to establish himself as a regular.

He went on to make fifteen appearances overall for Orient.
