The Coasters overcame Solihull Moors in today's live BT Sport game after Danny Philliskirk's second minute strike.
And while Rowe acknowledges the effort it takes to get to a final, he insists he only wants one outcome.
"Obviously we're going to Wembley for the FA Trophy but the main one we wanted to do was this," he said.
"To get there is a great achievement in itself but if we get there and don't win, we'll look back and think we've failed."
Rowe has once again been AFC Fylde's talisman, winning the Golden Boot with a tally of 27 goals.
The Coasters now await the outcome of tomorrow's other semi-final between Salford City and Eastleigh.
