Eight months on from their fifth round defeat against Arsenal, it starts all over again for the U's on Saturday as they travel to Evo-Stik Southern League West side Paulton Rovers.
Sutton claimed scalps against League Two Cheltenham Town, League One AFC Wimbledon and Championship giants Leeds United on their way to the historic clash with Arsenal.
But now they'll be the favourites in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round this weekend and manager Paul Doswell is all to aware of what it takes to cause an upset.
"It seems incredible that we're back to this point already," he said. "It's still just about sinking in what happened to the club last year. It's surreal that it starts all over again on Saturday.
"It's a very tricky game. We're aware of the potential upset, people will be seeing this game as that. We were the successors of that last season, we had upset after upset. For some reason the FA Cup can provide that.
"The underdogs seem to raise their game beyond what they're capable of. You only need to have an average or an off-day and you can get found out.
"We've had Paulton watched twice and we fully respect what they've done. They had two cracking results against Swindon Superman and Salisbury so there'll be no lack of professionalism from our side."
