The ex-Sunderland stopper was on loan at Eastleigh in the first-half of last season but returned just before Christmas due to homesickness.
But now, with his contract at the Black Cats up, he's agreed to make the permanent move to the Silverlake.
“I’m delighted to bring Max back to the club on a permanent basis," Eastleigh boss Ben Strevens told the club's website.
"I had two keepers in my mind who I wanted to sign, and Max was one of them. He’s a brilliant keeper as he showed here on loan in the early part of last season with a number of really good performances."
And despite dropping out of the Football League for this move, Stryjek hopes he and the club can be there very soon.
He said: “I’m looking forward to the new season as it will be a new challenge and hopefully we will get promoted, that should be how it goes.”
