Rebels For A Good Cause! Slough Spread Christmas Cheer

The doors of Slough Town's Arbour Park were thrown wide open on Sunday as the club hosted an open day for the homeless.

The Rebels embraced the Christmas spirit with everything from showers and haircuts to clothes and entertainment - and a three-course dinner thrown in for good measure.

Donations of clothes, toiletries, books and food were collected up ahead of the event.

First team players and staff joined in the festivities on a day which saw Matt Lench become a waiter and Manny Williams dishing out gravy.

Elsewhere, Southport visited Ormskirk Children's Unit to donate two games consoles before hosting a Christmas dinner for members of the local community.

Harrogate Town made two visits to local hospitals armed with Town goodie bags and chocolate - the club also donated 65 hampers to local families.

Meanwhile, Aldershot Town have produced a Christmas single.

The Shots' squad teamed up with local charity Step By Step who help vulnerable young people at risk of homelessness.
