Quinton's Half-Time Team Talk Works Wonders

Braintree Town boss Brad Quinton says an improved second-half showing led to their win against Cray Wanderers.

Three second-half goals got them through to the next round of the FA Trophy, writes Tom Feaheny.

Goals from Karl Oliyide, Marcel Barrington, Matt Baxter helped them gain the victory.

"Credit to Cray they worked hard first hard and I had to remind the lads how I wanted them to play at half time," Quinton told the club's website.

"They listened and we scored three good goals. We can now look forward to a clear week to prepare for next Saturday."

Town's focus will be on trying to get back to top of the league as they currently sit second on goal difference.
