The Braintree manager says his squad is so close and so talented that he would say no to a trade for anyone in the division.
The Iron face Hampton today looking to regain their National League place twelve months after they lost it.
Speaking in today’s matchday programme, Quinton praised the togetherness of his players and backed them to finish the job at the Beveree this afternoon.
“I wouldn’t swap a single one of them for any player in the division,” he said. “Honestly, that’s how proud and happy I am. I believe in them like you wouldn’t understand.
“We had to rip it up after relegation, The average age is 22 and before the Hemel game last week I didn’t even need to give a team-talk. They were so focused.
“If it goes wrong, blame me. But I have so much faith in this team. Win or lose against Hampton, they would have learned so much from this season.
“I couldn’t be prouder and I hope for their sake they have one more big performance in them.”
