Quinton: Braintree Side Need To Learn Quickly To Reclaim Play-Off Place

Braintree Town boss Brad Quinton says his team need to improve as they look to climb back up the table quickly.

Only one victory during 2018 had seen the side go from fighting for top spot to now sitting outside the play-off places, writes Tom Feaheny.

"We have to learn from it and the only bright spot is that other teams around us in play-off contention are also dropping points," Quinton told the club's website.

"We have had a game plan in recent weeks that has been working but you cannot accept individual errors."

Quinton believes the fact his players are listening is a big positive as they look to get back to winning ways.

"I had a big go at the players at half time on Saturday and to their credit they responded in the right way, I just think the confidence of a goal when 1-0 down would have pushed us on, instead of drawing last time out."
