Quinton: Braintree Have Nothing To Lose Now

Braintree Town boss Brad Quinton believes his side going in as underdog against Dartford on Sunday, could help his side.

Town take on the team who missed out on promotion via goal difference, in the semi-final on Sunday, writes Tom Feaheny.

“I’m so proud of the boys, and now we’ve got a big game on Sunday. We will be giving it everything that we have got. We’ve got nothing to lose,” Quinton told the East Anglican Daily Times.

“It was a great night for the club (getting through to the semi-finals), and I thought we deserved it. We were superb.

“Them guys, everything that was thrown at them, they dealt with it."

After the drama of a penalty shoot-out ensured they got into this position, Quinton says he now wants them to go and enjoy these moments.

“Them guys, everything that was thrown at them, they dealt with it.

"This is a match, we deserve to be in and can look forward to."
