The attacker joins Boro on loan for the remainder of the campaign from SkyBet League One side Peterborough United.
Speaking to the club`s official Pitchero website, Nabi said: " I am really happy. The support that Nuneaton have shown and the interest they have shown, I am happy to now come and play my football at this club, which is an exciting one.
"I will have the opportunity here to play football regularly. I spoke with the manager and the chairman, about their vision for the club, which is important for me even though I have only signed until the end of the season.
"They want to go up the table and I want to help them do that and progress.
"Being an attacker, I want to get as many goals as I can, I want to get a lot of goals, that would be fantastic to help the team win."
Nabi, 23, started his career at Premier League West Bromwich Albion before moving to Peterborough in January 2016.
