The Shaymen were leaders going into the weekend’s programme.
But with things so tight at the top, they returned from the capital in fourth place in the National League after a 1-1 draw.
They came from behind to grab a point, Dayle Southwell on target after Kenny Davis put the hosts in front.
Fullarton wasn’t unhappy with the draw but knows it could have been so much more.
“A point isn’t a bad result coming to a club in good form and who are so strong at home,” he said after the match at Gander Green Lane.
“We would have taken that after going a goal down and I’m pleased with how we handled the game on a pitch we aren’t used to.
“But come full-time the feeling is a little bit of disappointment.
“We have had chances to take all three points but we didn’t manage to take them when they came our way.
“We knew it was going to be a difficult game but the point we have is hard earned. It’s a tough place to come and win at.”
