Rollins joined the club from Armthorpe Welfare in the summer of 2015 and made seventy-five appearances, scoring 18 goals.
Twelve of those goals came last season as he topped the club’s scoring charts.
Rollins was also named the Pilgrims’ player, players’ player and BUSA player of the year after the final home game of the campaign.
The 23-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a new contract which ties him to the club until the end of the season.
Rollins is eligible to face FC United of Manchester and Nuneaton Town today and Monday respectively.
