The Lambs make the short journey across Staffordshire to the Pirelli Stadium on Sunday having already dumped out League One opposition in the form of Huddersfield Town.
That setup a tantalising tie with their near neighbours who are currently manageress and rock-bottom of League One with just one league win to their name in 16 attempts this season.
Tamworth have struggled on the road this season with just one win on their travels - no surprise then, that boss Andy Peaks would've fancied a few more home comforts.
"I was disappointed we weren't at home being greedy as we've been at home twice before," he told the Tamworth Herald.
"I knew it [Burton Albion away] would be a good draw for the fans so I was quite happy. I knew the supporters would be pleased and it would give us a chance to take a lot of fans so for me it's about going there and doing ourselves justice.
"They are bottom of that league but that is one hell of a league and we are away. We are noticeably better at home, if we were at home I'd give us a lot better chance.
"Going there is going to be tough, they're full of really good players."
