Osborne Returns To Moors As A Loan Mariner

Solihull Moors have confirmed the signing of midfielder Jamey Osborne on an initial one-month loan deal from SkyBet League Two side Grimsby Town.

The 25-year-old re-joins the Moors having made twenty-two appearances during the 2016/17 season and was an integral part of keeping the club in the National League.

Osborne joined Grimsby in January 2017 where he made a big impact before suffering a knee ligament injury in pre-season training.

Grimsby manager Russell Slade has allowed Osborne to join Solihull in order for him to gain valuable game time and match fitness, and he is eligible for tomorrow’s game against Leyton Orient at The Automated Technology Group Stadium.
