The Seagulls are the surprise National League South leaders, maintaining a three-point advantage this weekend in a division littered with full-time clubs.
Weston finished last season in the bottom half of the table but this time it’s a very different story.
On Saturday against Farnborough two goals in the final five minutes turned no points into three. It was their third league win in a row.
Bartlett said the recovery was brilliant - but warned his team they will need to be better when they travel to fourth-place Torquay United on Tuesday night.
“When you’ve got momentum and a good group of people working as hard as they can it can take you far,” the manager said.
“The players have character - and we’ve beaten a really good team. We kept going and kept going and we earned a really big win.”
He added ahead of their trip to Plainmoor: “We go into every game looking to win. We certainly won’t be going there with any fear, but you know if you’re not at it you’re going to get beat.
“We’ve hardly conceded goals this season, but have now just conceded six in two games.
“We’re going to give as good as good account of ourselves as possible against a full-time team.”
