New Keeper Joins Solihull Moors

With Birmingham City’s recall of on loan goalkeeper Connal Trueman, Solihull Moors manager Liam McDonald has wasted no time in restoring the status quo and has brought in Charlie Bannister from Kidderminster Harriers who joins on a permanent deal from the
Bannister joined the Harriers at the end of August 2017 having been snapped up by Premier League side Watford for the previous season.
The 20-year-old initially came through the youth ranks at Aston Villa and became a member of their under-23 squad before being released.
He spent part of his Watford season on loan to Shrewsbury Town
Bannister has already trained with Moors and will be in contention for tomorrow’s visit to high flying Dover Athletic
