All National League fixtures involving Macclesfield Town are now cancelled, and The National League will consist of 23 clubs for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
The expulsion follows the company owning Macclesfield Town Football Club being the subject of a court winding-up order, and The National League serving a Notice of Expulsion on the Official Receiver responsible for dealing with the Club’s affairs.
In accordance with The FA National League System Regulations, the number of relegation places in the Vanarama National League is now reduced from 4 places to 3 places.
