Yeovil Town have this afternoon announced club captain Lee Collins has passed away, aged 32.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Lee's friends and family, in addition to those associated with Yeovil Town Football Club, at this difficult time.

Altrincham vs Yeovil Town has been postponed.

A minute silence will take place at each National League match this weekend as a mark of respect.
