National League North and South Clubs set to take FA Cup Stage

By Oliver Osborn

Clubs from The National League enter the FA Cup for the first time in the 2019/20 season this weekend.

In the pick of the round, York City’s lunchtime trip to Step Five Irlam will be streamed on BBC Sport’s online platforms.

Four all-National League ties are to take place, with high-flyers King’s Lynn Town taking on Alfreton Town.

Elsewhere, Altrincham head to Chester, Curzon Ashton host Blyth Spartans and-in the South division- Tonbridge Angels head to Eastbourne Borough.

Not only is the reward on offer for the winning Clubs a place in the next round, prize money of £6,750 is on offer for those victorious. The defeated side will receive £2,250.

Woking were the sole sixth tier Club or below to reach the Third Round, where Championship and Premier League sides enter the competition.
