National League Cup Draw Made After Four Clubs Progress

The competition, which kicked-off in October, offers an opportunity for National League players to play regular matches against the best U21 teams in the country.

Aldershot Town sit proudly on top of Group A after winning three of their four matches and now Leeds United’s talented youngsters visit the EBB Stadium.

Altrincham had a nervous wait but eventually confirmed their passage through and it’s a great tie with Newcastle United U21 next for the Robins.

Manchester United’s youth team is iconic and now the Class of ‘25 await Sutton United, with a quarter-final sure to capture the imagination next month.

Braintree Town were brilliant in the group stages, winning all their four matches, scoring 11 goals in the process.

Brighton & Hove Albion stand between them and the semi-finals, with the Seagulls heading for Essex in three weeks’ time.

All the quarter final ties are to be played by March 5.
