Moyses Urges For More Of The Same From Alfreton Town

Alfreton Town boss Chris Moyses says his side must repeat their performance from Saturday tonight.

The first away game for Moyses's time in charge sees them travel to Blyth Spartans, a side fighting for promotion, writes Tom Feaheny.

"This is a good group of players and we shouldn't be where we are in the table but we now need to start proving to people when we get out of this little hole we are in at the moment," Moyses told the club's website.

"It was a great result to kick things off but we face a tough trip tonight to Blyth, it's a great atmosphere, a tough place to go. They are a side who pass the ball well and like to get in behind.

"We need to be disciplined, focused and stay concentrated and organised. The lads are confident and we want to build and lets build on Saturday's result. We are looking forward to the clash."

Moyses saw his side defeat Leamington on Saturday 4-1 and he couldn't be more pleased with how they played.

"I thought the commitment and endeavour was fantastic, to a man they were fantastic. They busted a gut for each other and that's what we are all about."
