The Heed made a fantastic start to the new season as they continue to have it all their own way against Maidenhead United.
After 3-0 and 7-1 wins against the Magpies last season, they made it 13 goals in their last three meetings with a 3-1 win at York Street on Saturday.
It’s a totally different test tonight against one of the title favourites but Watson is well aware the club have turned over high profile opposition at the International Stadium before.
He said: “We set off at 6am on Saturday and didn’t get back until very late so to win so well in that heat was fantastic, it was a great day.
“It was the win we really wanted. We’re a young group and the way we played seems to suit the boys.
“I couldn’t be more delighted with them, but they need to do it all again on Tuesday.
“It’s a different type of test against a side full of good professional players. Let’s try and carry on our good work.”
