Moors Move For Gudger As Flowers Bags Trophy Winner

Tim Flowers has made his first signing as a manager.

The new Solihull Moors boss has got down to business following a difficult summer at Damson Park.

Flowers is looking to make up for lost time and Brackley Town’s Alex Gudger has arrived.

The centre-back, 25, had a great season in the National League North, and he ended the season as an FA Trophy winner.

For Brackley it’s the second departure since beating Bromley on penalties at Wembley.

Earlier this month top scorer Aaron Williams signed for Harrogate Town after a great season in front of goal.

That means manager Kevin Wilkin has work to do ahead of the club’s return to pre-season training.
