The Vanarama National League North club decided to make the gesture after being touched by the tragic events in the town late last month.
Youngsters Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe and Alice da Silva Aguiar were killed on July 29 and Moors have made a show of solidarity.
Ten others were seriously injured that day and the club will donate £2 from every ticket sold on the night to the Merseyside hospital which helped treat them.
“Like everyone across the country, we were absolutely appalled to hear of the horrific events that took place in Southport,” explained Moors’ Managing Director, Ian Geldard.
“It’s difficult to imagine what everyone in the local community must be going through at the moment, let alone the families directly affected by the tragedy.
“We reached out to our friends at Southport Football Club to offer our support and to find out how best we could do something around our fixture at The Brewery Field.
“Therefore, we’re pleased to be able to donate £2 from every ticket sold on the night to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital which provided extraordinary care for those caught up in the attack.
“We’ll also be holding a collection on the night of the game so that fans can make further donations if they so wish to help us show solidarity with Southport.”
