The Terras are blowing away all pre-season predictions for their National League South campaign, currently sitting second in the table.
It's prompted the club's hierarchy to tie their impressive boss down to a new deal.
And Molesley, whose side have lost just once at the Bob Lucas Stadium since February, is happy with the 'great strides' that have been made since he arrived in 2017.
“I’m obviously delighted," he told the Dorset Echo. "I’ve been very happy here since day one.
“It’s been hard work but I’m so fortunate I’ve been supported by my wonderful staff. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
“I’m totally indebted to the people around me. This feels like our baby, our team. We want to continue to try and improve this football team and improve this club.
“I feel we’re making great strides in the community, people around the club are working hard and starting to believe in the football club.
“People are starting to come back and see the hard work and, most importantly, see the team.
“They can see that the players are working hard for that badge – they’re really rolling their sleeves up."
Saturday saw the Terras overcome Hungerford Town to continue their league-best home form.
After coming from behind, Josh McQuoid bagged the winner late on to leave Molesley feeling cautiously optimistic.
"I think first half we were a little bit lacklustre to be fair," he said. "But second half we got going a bit more and we didn’t concede many chances on our goal.
"So a better second half performance, but it was needed for us to get all three points.
“You have to fight and scrap for everything in this league – there is no easy game and that certainly proved the case."
