...Kaid Mohamed from National League South side Bath City on a deal until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old will be eligible to play in the Spitfires` Emirates FA Cup Third Round tie against Sky Bet Championship side Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
Cardiff born - although of Yemeni descent - striker Mohamed first joined Bath on non-contract terms at the start of the 2009/10 season.
He had been without a club since being released by Forest Green Rovers at the end of the previous season after spending a year at the New Lawn.
He initially made his name as a regular goalscorer for a number of Welsh Premier clubs which earned him a trial with Wrexham. However, before they could sign him Swindon Town secured his services.
He made eleven appearances for the Robins but failed to score - although he did have a more successful loan spell at Torquay United, netting twice in ten games - and joined Forest Green in July 2008.
He played twenty-seven times for Rovers but struggled to repeat his previous scoring rate and was briefly loaned out to Newport County, where he played against City at Twerton Park in January 2009.
He was an immediate hit at Twerton Park, scoring 18 goals in forty-five games, including the winner in the play-off final against Woking during his first season, then continuing to impress the following year.
He left to join AFC Wimbledon in March 2011 where he helped the Dons win promotion to the Football League two months later.
He moved on to Cheltenham Town in June 2011 where he enjoyed two successful seasons before joining Port Vale.
Although he was a Vale player for two seasons he spent most of this time out on loan at AFC Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers and Northampton Town.
He was released in May 2015 and started this season with Port Talbot Town before signing non-contract terms with Accrington Stanley.
When he was released in October 2015 he returned to Bath on a short-term deal and he has scored 3 goals in nine games.
