A real livewire with lots of skill and pace, 24-year-old Monakana originally signed on loan from National League side Sutton United in August before signing a more permanent deal in November.
Monakana racked up fifty appearances for Preston North End and also played for Aberdeen.
He scored an early contender for goal of the season in September travelling with the ball before unleashing a curling shot into the net from 20 yards at Braintree Town for the Wings in a 1-1 draw.
Wealdstone Manager Bobby Wilkinson said: “We are building for the future and we are delighted to have signed Jeffrey as part of that process. He has a great deal of experience in the pro game and is an exciting player; he will be available for the squad to play Eastbourne Borough at The Vale on Monday”
Meanwhile, defender Reagan Ogle has been recalled by his parent club Accrington Stanley and midfielder Stephane Ngamvolou has gone out on loan to Evo-Stik League South Premier side Banbury United for the remainder of the season.
