Matches Are Shuffled In Wake Of FA Cup Progress

By Sam Elliott

FA Cup involvement has seen a number of matches across the National League North and South re-arranged.

The fixture between Boston United and Salford City scheduled for next weekend is one of the game that has fallen foul of progress in the competition.

The Pilgrims are through to the 4QR of the Cup so the two clubs have agreed to play the game at the Jakemans Stadium on Tuesday October 31.

Because of Harrogate Town's good form in the FA Cup they will now have to move their League fixture with Bradford Park Avenue.

The new game will take place a week earlier than Boston's game with the joint leaders, and Town will take on Mark Bower's men on Tuesday October 24.

Other games in the league are in the process of being rearranged.

It's the same situation in the Vanarama National League South and two fixtures have new dates.

Matches between Bath City and Dartford, as well Hampton & Richmond's match with St Albans City will all be played on Tuesday October 24.
