The final has been delayed twice since the Magpies beat Slough Town 4-2 in the semi-final back in January.
Both sides enjoyed fine season's with Maidenhead winning the National League South while Hungerford finished 6th - their successful finishes twice delaying the cup final.
Tonight's game will take place on Slough's 3G pitch, a first for the competition, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
The artificial surface will provide some convenient preparation for Alan Devonshire's Maidenhead as they kick-off the new season on August 5th with a trip to Maidstone United's plastic turf at the Gallagher Stadium.
“I think, with us, it is going to be a blessing in disguise,” Magpies' centre-back Dean Inman told the Maidenhead Advertiser.
“It couldn’t really come at a better time. In pre-season, some times the boys may not get what they want out of it. The games are at a slow pace. It will be a good test.”
“They just have a big, strong physical side. They are very direct. They are good at it, to be fair.”
