Lynch Commits to Shaymen

FC Halifax Town midfielder David Lynch has signed a new one-year deal with the club.

Lynch, 24, joined the Shaymen from Altrincham in September 2016 and made the central midfield position his own during the National League North promotion-winning season.

Lynch joined The Robins in the summer of 2015 from Clitheroe by former boss Neil Young.

He was with Burnley under-18’s before a loan move to Droylsden in the 2011/12 season and also had loan spells with Stalybridge Celtic and Nantwich Town.

He has also played for Burscough and Workington AFC.
