Starting with National League North and York will look to take advantage of the bye in the play-offs eliminator and win their semi-final home match to secure another home tie in the promotion final.
Stats from the season show York had the 8th best home record, so they will have to improve on this form to ensure promotion.
Boston United who also enter the promotion stage at the semi-final stage will be looking to take advantage of the extra week’s preparation as they look to welcome either Brackley Town or Gateshead in the semi-final stage.
Behind York City, Brackley Town have the best away record in the League and can look to make this count in the play-offs and win on the road three times to secure promotion.
In Lee Ndlovu, they have a striker who scored 20 goals during the season and will look to keep on scoring to give Brackley Town a good chance in the play-offs.
In the Vanarama National League South, Havant & Waterloovile won four matches on the bounce before the League was stopped and with a bye in the first round of the play-offs, they will fancy their chances of promotion.
However with 8th best home record, they will need to improve on this.
Weymouth also have a bye in the play-offs and with an excellent home record and good form coming into the play-offs they will feel confident of making it to the final and securing promotion.
Dartford will look to Darren McQueen and Elliott Romain who both scored 16 goals during the season to make their striking boots on as they look to cause a shock and win promotion at big odds.
