The Pontypridd-born striker joined City in May 2017 following his release from Bristol Rovers.

The 21-year old came up through the youth ranks at Rovers before making his first-team debut against Rochdale in April 2014.

He enjoyed two successful loan spell with Weston-super-Mare and a one at Gloucester City during the 2014/15 season, netting 13 goals in twenty-one games.

The 2015/16 season saw Lucas spend several loan periods with Boreham Wood in the National League, where he also returned to the following campaign along with a spell at Woking.
