The central defender joins on a twelve-month deal after recently leaving National league North side Kidderminster Harriers.
Thirty-one-year-old Lowe brings more plenty of experience to John Askey’s new-look side after a career that has so far seen him make over 400 appearances.
Lowe began his career with Wolverhampton Wanderers and after loan spells with the likes of Burnley, Queens Park Rangers, Swansea City, Brighton & Hove Albion, Cheltenham Town and Port Vale he joined Kidderminster on a free transfer in August 2008.
After one season with Kiddy he moved to Hereford United and then Cheltenham where he enjoyed several successful seasons in League Two before joining York City, initially on loan and then permanently.
He would make a total of ninety-two appearances for the Minstermen before returning to Kidderminster in early 2016.
He was a regular in the Harriers side and helped the club to second place in National League North, only to be edged out in the play-offs by Chorley.
