The Guiseley manager Adam Lockwood spoke after his side lost 1-0 to Hartlepool United.

Guiseley boss Adam Lockwood has called on his side to take their chances and show more aggression when attacking after their second loss in a row, writes Tom Feaheny.

Speaking after being defeated Lockwood said.

"It is always disappointing to lose, we had chances early and late on, we just were not ruthless enough that is what it boils down to."

"There were a few occasions where we just needed to get the ball in, we got Odejayi on he unsettled their defence we just didn't take it."

With several changes made from the loss at Halifax on Saturday, Lockwood said.

"Everybody has now had a chance and played a part and people have to stake a claim for the shirt so they get that chance, at the moment not enough have."

They next face Leyton Orient away from home and Lockwood is excepting another battle.

"We know how tough this league is and every game throws us another challenge another obstacle and we have to confront it."
