Live: Weather Causes Havoc Across National League

It's that time of year again where the weather plays havoc with the fixtures and with fans' plans.

A number of this weekend's game are subject to pitch inspections after heavy snowfall and freezing conditions.

GAME ON: The pitch covers are off at Boston United and their game with FC United has won its battle!

GAME ON: No problems for Leyton Orient v Blyth in the Trophy. “Huge credit to our groundstaff team for their efforts” they have just tweeted.

GAME OFF: Wealdstone v Billericay fails its pitch inspection.

GAME OFF:Despite their best efforts, Hemel v Solihull hasn’t made it in the FA Trophy.

GAME OFF: Make that no hope! Oxford C v Woking off.

HOPE! Woking have just tweeted: “Fans will be aware that there has been heavy snow in the Oxford area in recent days. Every effort is being made to get the game on and with rising temperatures we have been informed that a decision will be made when the match referee arrives at about 1pm.”

GAME ON: Alfreton have tweeted: “After early observations this morning, there is no need for a 10am pitch inspection ahead of today’s fixture” The York game is on!

GAME OFF: St Albans City v Weston fails its early morning inspection.

GAME ON Hereford have just tweeted: “The covers are off the pitch and the pitch is in good condition!” They face Curzon Ashton at 3pm.

GAME OFF Welling United’s match with Chippenham is the first one to fall today.

GAME OFF We can’t escape the snow even at this hour! Chorley v Nuneaton Borough is a no go, folks!

GAME OFF Bradford Park Avenue vs Leamington is the latest match to tumble!

GAME OFF Salford City against Maidstone United is the next to fall in the FA Trophy!

GAME OFF East Thurrock have postponed their game with Torquay United after this afternoon's pitch inspection.

PITCH INSPECTION At St Albans City ahead of their clash with Weston-Super-Mare.

GAME ON? Leyton Orient are confident of getting their FA Trophy tie with Blyth Spartans played.

GAME OFF! Ramsbottom have confirmed their FA Trophy tie with AFC Fylde will not go ahead.

GAME ON! Chelmsford are confident their fixture with Hungerford Town will go ahead!

GOOD NEWS! | Seems like it’s in short supply today - Dover have announced the Crabble’s pitch is playable ahead of their game with Gateshead.

GAME OFF | AFC Telford United have announced the postponement of their game with Spennymoor Town - the game will now take place on February 5.

PITCH INSPECTION | East Thurrock are planning a check today ahead of their clash with league-leaders Torquay United.

PITCH INSPECTION | AFC Fylde face an anxious wait for the outcome of a pitch inspection this afternoon at Ramsbottom United ahead of their FA Trophy clash tomorrow.

PITCH INSPECTION | Wealdstone's pitch is currently covered in snow but the weather forecast is promising, Billericay have announced. Inspection planned for tomorrow morning.

GAME OFF | Ebbsfleet United's game against Hartlepool United is the first to fall. A pitch inspection this morning rendered the Kuflink Stadium pitch 'unplayable' in parts.

Hereford are calling for volunteers to clear snow from the pitch at Edgar Street but are confident their game against Curzon Ashton will go ahead.

Shovels at the ready for Oxford City! The club have asked for help to ensure tomorrow's fixture with Woking can go ahead at Marsh Lane.
