Limbrick Says Woking Win Showed His Sides Character

By Tom Feaheny

Woking boss Anthony Limbrick says their 1-0 win against Chester left him pleased with their performance in their past three matches.

The victory was secured thanks to a Josh Staunton goal with 23 minutes gone, writes Tom Feaheny.

"I am delighted, three unbeaten, two clean sheets in a row and two 1-0 wins mean I am very happy," Limbrick told Woking FC TV.

"The first-half we were dominant and should have got another one but we will take that result and be very pleased.

"My players made some good blocks when they needed to and the clean sheet is crucial for us.

"We have shown everyone the character we have in recent weeks, we really want to go on a long unbeaten run."
