The game against the Evo-Stik Premier side, sees Dover the favourites going into this match, writes Tom Feaheny.
"We want to take the Trophy seriously, we will be on it in training against teams like Marine, we know we have to be switched on," Lerbel said to the club's website.
"The scout report we will get will show what we need to do, we will be right for the game."
They were defeated last weekend due to Aldershot Town with Leberl saying the team can't be too disheartened despite losing 2-1.
"I thought the performance was okay, the second-half was good, they were limited to few opportunities, conceding just before half-time hurt but then we got our goal and did well,"
"Although we are disappointed to lose, the bigger picture is we looked like we could win it against a team right up there."
