Late New Signing Helps Harrogate To Big Win

Harrogate Town completed the signing of David Morgan from National League side AFC Fylde.

Former Northern Ireland under-21 international Morgan made his debut as a 71st minute substitute during Saturday's 5-1 win at AFC Telford United.

The midfielder signed for the Coasters in March for an undisclosed fee after spells at Nuneaton and Ilkeston.

The 23-year-old had been with Nottingham Forest since the age of 14, during which time he enjoyed loan moves to Lincoln, Tamworth and Dundee where Morgan featured in the SPL.

The Belfast born midfielder represented his county at under-17 level through to under-21 and has a first-class Bachelor's Degree in Professional Sports Writing and Broadcasting.
