Langstaff Leaves York On Loan To Help Avenue

Macaulay Langstaff has swapped ends of the National League North.

The 21-year-old forward has left York City, who are trying to climb away from trouble after a season to forget.

Now he has joined Bradford (Park Avenue) on loan for a month as they look to get their promotion push back up and running.

Avenue haven’t won since thrashing Guiseley in December.

This weekend they take on Altrincham with the club in fourth position in the table.

York appear to be edging clear of trouble, up to 15th now after Saturday’s 2-0 victory over Ashton United at Bootham Crescent.
