The former Liverpool and West Ham United defender has left East Thurrock United weeks after signing.
He joined the Vanarama National League South club this summer but the 37-year-old has announced he will be leaving.
The Rocks have lost all of their five matches and manager John Coventry has turned his attentions elsewhere.
Konchesky tweeted to confirm his exit, saying: “Jus want to wish everyone involved etufc_ all the best for the rest of the season! I leave the club by mutual consent! Good luck to the boys.”
East Thurrock, the only side in all three leagues without a point, look to change that this weekend.
They face Slough Town at home as they aim to end their losing run which now stands at nine games after a poor end to last season.
