The Kent side have welcomed defender Kevin Lokko after he has joined the club on a permanent basis.
The England C international joins on an undisclosed fee from League Two outfit Stevenage and has put pen to paper on a two year deal at Crabble.
The 22-year old joined Dover initially on loan last season and made 12 appearances during his short spell at the club and scored one goal.
Lokko started off in the ranks at Norwich City and earned his first professional contract at Colchester United.
After that, he left the U’s to spend a season each at Welling United and Maidstone United before eventually moving to Stevenage in 2017.
During his time at the Boro, he went out on loan to Dagenham and Redbridge and made 25 appearances including one against Dover in November, before being recalled to his parent club in February.
He is the club’s second summer signing after the arrival of Inih Effong. On Tuesday, goalkeeper Mitch Walker signed a new deal.
