Keane, 20, has penned a one-year deal at Aggborough Stadium.
Having started his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers, the youngster made his League debut as a teenager with Notts County in 2014, joining Nuneaton Town the following summer and playing a big part of the 2015/16 campaign.
A former Republic of Ireland under-19 international, he spent last season with Harriers` neighbours and then-league rivals Worcester City and was one of the stars of a difficult season for City – Keane making almost forty appearances there, scoring 9 goals and assisting with fourteen more.
His eye-catching displays earned him a spot at this summer’s V9 Academy exhibition where some of non-League football’s top talent was given the chance to shine.
