Jansen: We Have Found The Game Plan That Works

Chorley boss Matt Jansen says his side have every right to be feeling confident with their style of play after defeating York City 2-0.

Speaking to the club website after the result Jansen said.

"It's a game plan we had, we felt a change ahead of Brackley, clean sheets are vital but we were a bit more adventurous, to get 2 goals against a strong York City side with the performance level was outstanding.

He added: "We feel we are building on the performances both attacking and defending, we have got back to the way we were last season."

Josh Wilson who joined in the summer was the double goal scorer in this game and Jansen said he was happy with his and the whole teams performance.

"The goals were well worked Josh has taken them both, I felt we created and put them under pressure."
