It’s Dorking Done! White Won’t Be Adding More New Faces

Don’t expect Dorking Wanderers to be pulling off any more big deals this summer.

The club’s business is already concluded, manager Marc White says.

The National League South newsboys have signed three new players this summer as they prepare to play at their highest level ever.

Jake Gallagher arrives from Aldershot, defender Ed Harris is on board from Havant & Waterlooville alongside his team-mate Rory Williams.

But fans shouldn’t expect to see any more arrivals - White says they are done already.

“I’m really happy with who we have managed to sign,” he told us.

“If you look at what we do most close seasons it’s adding a few new faces to what we have already got.

“We’re coming off the back of a great season where we won the league convincingly - we didn’t see the new to make a massive amount of changes.

“We’re done. We may look at it a few months down the line once the season has started but at the moment we are really content.”

White added: “It’s a very exciting time for the club and we’re already looking forward to seeing what the National League South is all about.”

Don’t miss a special feature with Marc White early next week as we find out exactly what inspired the club’s great rise
