Leyton Orient currently sit top of the pile but just four points separates the O's from Barrow's men in fifth place.
With 15 games remaining in the league, he is convinced that the title race can go all the way.
“I don’t really remember it being this tight last year," he told North Wales Live. "It was Macclesfield and Tranmere up to a point.
“I think it is going to go to the wire on everything, from top spot, second and third is a big thing and then obviously the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh, so it is going to go all the way one way or another."
After four consecutive defeats, the Red Dragons picked up three points against Maidenhead last time out, a crucial win, thinks Barrow.
“The big thing really with us that we needed a win [against Maidenhead] to stay with it, now we’ve got the win we have got to build on it."
“I think the structure of the league makes it exciting, but it makes it nerve racking as well.”
