The improving Seals are on the march after National League North wins over promotion hopefuls Boston United and Kidderminster Harriers.
Last weekend they saw off City of Liverpool in a potentially awkward FA Cup tie.
But those three wins have come at a cost. Crucial Gary Roberts is ruled out of the game with a swollen foot.
The hamstrung Anthony Dudley also won’t play while joint manager Anthony Johnson says George Green and Dominic Smalley are out.
Struggling Scott Burton and Deane Smalley are also both big doubts, he has announced.
But even with their issues, not to mention Chorley’s inspired form, Johnson is expecting a positive result in Lancashire.
He told the website: “It’s not ideal to be missing players as we want the strongest squad possible because it affords us more chance to change things from the bench.
“But we know what we possess in this group and the lads have shown in the past few games what they’re all about.
“We’ll be missing some big players on Saturday, but that has been the case for a lot of the season. We are one team here, not a first XI and then some lads on the fringes.
“If a chance presents itself then lads know that if they take it the shirt is theirs to lose.”
