The 42-year-old has guided Blyth from the Evo-Stik Northern Premier to the upper reaches of the Vanarama National League North, where they sit 3rd.
Armstrong's achievements haven't gone unnoticed and rumours have been circling linking him with a move away from Spartans.
However, the former Middlesborough striker has set the record straight.
"I don't want to leave," he told the club's website.
"I'm contracted to Blyth Spartans, they pay my wages and I'm focused solely on the task at hand.
"The club is in a great position at the moment, we've had a fantastic start to the season and I'm looking to push on with Blyth this season.
"I'm ambitious, I've made no secret of that, but I believe it can be achieved at Blyth.
"We as a club are now on the map, we're third in the Vanarama National League North and we have four players training with the England C squad.
"I don't want to go anywhere."
