The National League and National League North titles were decided today but the South championship will go down to the final day.
The Hawks had to be at their best to see off Chelmsford City 2-0 - the Clarets on the back of a five-game winning streak.
“It was a real manful performance against a strong, organised team that had won their last five matches,” Bradbury said.
“We had to be at our best to win and we were. It was one of the best performances of the season. Considering the form they’ve been in, we restricted them to no chances and that was brilliant.
“I told the players that I was proud to watch them and proud to manage them today. We’ve got a great camaraderie in the group and that showed.”
The Hawks are back at home for their remaining two fixtures. They host East Thurrock United on Wednesday before welcoming Concord Rangers on the final day of the season.
If Bradbury’s men can win their final two games - and Dartford win their last fixture - the title will be decided on goal difference.
“It’s a massive game on Wednesday.,” Bradbury added. “We’ve got to go and win both of our matches - we can’t finish any lower than second now.
“It’s not a gamble. Normally you go into games thinking you could go up or down but the worst that could happen now is we finish second. We’ve just got to win two games.”
