Honours Even As The BT Sport Game Springs Into Life

By Sam Elliott

The live BT Sport game sprung into life in the second half as Solihull Moors and York City claimed a share of the points.

After a timid first 45 minutes, the game really livened up after the break.

Substitute Alex Reid poked Neal Ardley’s team in front just before the hour mark as he pounced from close range.

But that just seemed to spark York City into life.

Lenell John-Lewis - a hero with the Minstermen fans after firing them to promotion last term - found the equaliser just eight minutes later.

Neither side could find a winner despite coming close in the final 15 minutes.
